NavigateNY was started based on the need for New York State Businesses to be able to work within the many different entities that compose how construction gets done. After years of conversation with her husband Brad Keatley, it was clear to Donna Keatley that there was a opportunity for a company to assist contractors of all trades with these processes. Donna had a vision, and with her husband and business partner she set out to create a company that would streamline the way our construction partners approached these business requirements. Donna has spent her career working in large corporations managing projects and mitigating risk, so she realizes the need to deliver products and services on time and with accuracy. Brad has been in the electrical construction business for the past thirty-seven years. He started as an electrician and advanced his career to a Project Manager and then the Divisional Manager for a large New York contractor. He has expertise in all facets of what it takes to perform construction work for New York State. With his vast experience, Brad has run large electrical construction projects in the Rochester and Buffalo areas for clients such as University of Buffalo, University at Buffalo, Roswell Cancer Center as well as a many other private customers. He has also worked with New York State customers such as Office of General Services (OGS), DASNY and SUCF . Brad has been a board member for the Western New York Chapter of National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), as President and Governor. During his tenure with NECA, Brad was active with labor relations and negotiations within that region, working with contractors and unions to provide the best labor and training possible in the area. He participated on National NECA's New Business Development Committee for more than five years, where he worked with other contractors and members nationwide to create best practices and efficiencies for contractors. We have experience with OGS, Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), and the State University Construction Fund (SUCF).
